Holy Spirit Catholic School
Admission Process
A Step by Step Process
The Application Process at Holy Spirit School begins with the submission of an Inquiry Form and the child’s most recent Report Card. Inquiry Forms can be obtained on the school’s web site www.hscatholicschool.com under the Forms tab.
If the child has been tested for any type of learning disability and has an Educational Evaluation, a copy of that document must also be submitted so the school can determine if the recommended accommodations can be provided.
A short Entrance Assessment is usually given to students applying from non-Catholic schools.
Although new students are normally not accepted after October 1st, military families moving to Jacksonville, who have a child already attending a Catholic school, will be assigned as space is available throughout the year.
Other military families will be considered on a case by case basis with every effort being made to add students to the school who appear academically qualified.
