This year’s national theme is, “Faith, Academics, Service”

We have been asked to collect spaghetti and boxed pasta during Catholic

Schools Week for the Catholic Charities Bureau of Jacksonville.

Please send in your donations by Feb. 3rd.

Sunday, Jan. 29th Open House for Parishioners and Prospective students 12:30 – 1:30 PM (This is not for our current students)

Classroom door decorations on display.

Monday, Jan. 3oth  Bishop Kenny High School Band visits 9:15. Class with the best decorated door wins the Spirit Stick for the day.

Tuesday, Jan 31st School Spirit Day Students may wear any red and white shirts, or Holy Spirit PE shirts, with nice blue-jeans all day.

American Heart Association “Jump for Heart” Day in PE classes; donations welcomed.

Wednesday, Feb 1st Pancake breakfast free to all students 7:15-7:50AM in the gym. (Volunteers needed Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, call Carole at 673-3054)

Bishop Kenny “Night Vision” speakers present to 4th-6th graders 9:00. Students may wear their Catholic Schools Week t-shirts, if they ordered one.

Thursday, Feb 2nd Line-dancing in PE grades 2nd-5th Pep Rally to recognize soccer and volleyball teams 1:00

8th Graders play faculty and parents in Volleyball at 1:30 PM in gym. Parents welcome.

Class that collected the most pasta and spaghetti wins Spirit Stick for Friday.

Friday, Feb 3rd Assembly; lower-grades K, 1st, and 2nd only view dress rehearsal of Talent Show 1:30 in gym.

Talent Show in Gym 6:30 PM
